Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The product received is wrong / different from what was ordered

⚠️ No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons other than damaged or wrong product delivery.

Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • An unboxing video or clear photos showing the damage or wrong product must be provided.
  • The product must include all original accessories, tags, and invoices.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Products returned without prior approval

Exchange Process

  • Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided (as applicable).

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Shipping Charges

  • In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, return shipping will be borne by us.
  • Any return sent without approval will not be accepted.
