Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, or
- The product received is wrong / different from what was ordered
⚠️ No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons other than damaged or wrong product delivery.
Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video or clear photos showing the damage or wrong product must be provided.
- The product must include all original accessories, tags, and invoices.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Products returned without prior approval
Exchange Process
- Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided (as applicable).
Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Shipping Charges
- In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, return shipping will be borne by us.
- Any return sent without approval will not be accepted.
